Arthur Spurling

Arthur Spurling joined a company founded by two people he knew and went on to become its majority shareholder and managing director. Under his leadership, it has grown across multiple countries, impacting thousands of people and creating communities that have lasted for decades. Along the way he has navigated different international markets, changing regulations, evolving requirements around ingredients and product quality, and every challenge that comes with building across borders.

If one word defines Arthur, it is loyalty. While some companies have chased market share by selling direct to consumers online, Arthur took a very different view. He believes the field should never have to compete with the company it helped build. Even when a customer comes directly to the company, that sale is assigned to a distributor. For three decades, he has understood a simple truth: without the network, there is no business. He has never become the kind of owner who disappears into the boardroom and loses touch with the people building it.

His contribution reaches far beyond his own company. Arthur has always been willing to open doors, make introductions, share contacts and give his time for the benefit of the wider profession. In 2014, Arthur and his wife Albina founded a charity dedicated to improving the lives and opportunities of children. He commits 10% of his company’s profits to it, and to date it has supported more than 100 schools and 50,000 students.

Success hasn’t changed him. He remains warm, generous and a hugely positive spirit, someone who takes his responsibilities seriously without taking himself too seriously. In 2026, in recognition of more than three decades of entrepreneurship, leadership, resilience and loyalty, Arthur Spurling was inducted into the Direct Selling Hall of Fame. He was presented with the honour by 2024 inductee Steve Critchley at Mastermind Event 2026 in Sofia.
