After that fell away, he joined another company in 1987 - got to the top - making over 1 million pounds in 6 years…the company went bust and his cheque bounced… he had to take his children out of private school, get rid of his financed car and give the keys to his house back to the bank

In 1996 Steve Critchley was working three jobs at the time, had a day job as a laborer, had an evening job selling education courses, then started building with one more network marketing business.

He is now at the very top position. He’s 7-figure income earner, with over 500,000 customers in his team. His team will do somewhere close to £2 Billion pounds in sales this year (That Billion with a B).

Even though he clearly doesn’t have to anymore, he’s still doing regular team zoom calls for different levels on his team, still does congratulations calls even to early rank promotions. He’s still doing team meetings in his team members living rooms.

He has empowered countless others to lead, and is happy to take a secondary role supporting them achieve the highest levels. He used to host his company events and now declines to do anything at company events, allowing others to develop. While often many legacy leaders struggle to let go, he has the ultimate freedom because he has let go.

Steve has supported and mentored so many leaders including many at this event, not just in his team, but from other teams too, building great support for his downline, crossline and fostering company wide culture that celebrates every win at every level.

Steve is now able to enjoy a great lifestyle balance though lovely house, lots of holidays, freedom to look after grandkids a couple of days a week.

After recovering from a heart attack he set up his own charity to help people of his age who are struggling financially to get the rehabiliation they need.

He’s a beautiful example of the Dream, Struggle Victory process. Got knocked down, brushed himself off, did it again, and then did it again, with resilience, consistently, enthusiastically.

Soon he will have been with his company for going on 30 years.
